Customer Service Representatives

Customer Service is available to talk about service concerns and assist with linkage to other services and community resources. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You can call our Customer Services Representative or a Crisis/Access Specialist toll-free at 1-866-266-4781 or a Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative at 1-800-890-3712 or 711 (Michigan Relay Center). Calls are answered live during business hours. If you call outside business hours you can leave a message, and if you need a call-back outside our normal hours, please let us know, and we will accommodate your needs.

Need Communication Assistance?

Our Customer Service Representatives can provide communication resources in alternative languages and formats (Braille, Spanish, audio enhancements, sign language communication, TDI, communication enhancement devices), at no cost. Speak directly with a Customer Service Representative at1-866-266-4781 for additional information on how to access and request these services.

Grievance or Appeal

If you would like Customer Service to contact you to file a grievance or appeal, you can contact BCCMHA Customer Service using the Customer Concern Form below. This form can be mailed, faxed or emailed to tipasman@bccmha.org.
